Ron, a Silver Valley native, started his career with Ultra-Lawn in 1997 as a part of our mow crew. Earning his applicators license in 2002; Ron has become one of our most versatile employees and a customer favorite. You may see Ron spraying your lawn or trees, aiding the mow crew or even providing labor for a landscape installation. Around the shop, he serves as one of our mechanics and does most of our small engine repair. Ron and his wife, Jessica, have two children and reside in Spirit Lake.
David began his career as a lawn applicator in 1989; serving as a licensed spray technician for a national franchise. In 1997, he realized there was a need for a "local lawn & tree care expert" and thus, Ultra-Lawn was created. As our owner/operator, David is responsible for all job scheduling and employee management duties while serving as our chief landscape estimator. Holding an Idaho Applicators License since 1993, Dave can also be found spraying both trees and lawns. A Sandpoint native and Army National Guard veteran, David enjoys restoring classic vehicles. He and his wife Linda reside in Post Falls and have two sons.
Linda, an Illinois native with a banking and business background, "officially" joined Ultra-Lawn in 2003. Serving as our CEO/CFO, Linda is responsible for all aspects of the office including customer service, payroll & benefits administration and financials.
Currently, Linda serves as the treasurer for the North Idaho Building Contractors Association and the Chairperson for BSA Troop 220’s Parent Committee.
Landscape foreman, Frank Quates joined Ultra-Lawn in 2006 and is an effective crew leader; taking time to give clear directions to our landscape crew while maintaining control of the job.
Frank has been responsible for all aspects of landscape installation and is an experienced operator of both skid steers and excavating equipment. Frank has one son, Caleb, and resides in Post Falls with his fiancé; Trish.
Mow crew chief, Tony Graham, joined Ultra-Lawn in 2009 bringing more than 8 years "green-industry" experience and an extraordinary "eye for detail" to our team. Tony is responsible for all aspects of our weekly mowing service including supervisory duties. A Spokane native, Tony is a Central Valley High School graduate and an Army National Guard Veteran, where he served as a combat engineer. Tony and his wife, Laura, live in Spokane Valley and have two children.
Sprinkler technician, Chris Pulsoni owned and operated a small landscape and irrigation company for 20 years prior to joining Ultra-Lawn in 2010. Responsible for all phases of sprinkler installation and repair, Chris is looking forward to completing his Idaho back-flow certification this season, in an effort to better serve our irrigation customers.
During the 2010 season, Chris also provided support to both our mow and landscape installation crews. Chris and his wife, Terri, reside in Post Falls and have a shared passion for horses.
